Edward Miskie is a 14-year rare Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma survivor, an award winning filmmaker, author, and public speaker who uses his platforms to raise funds and awareness for cancer research, survivorship, and advocacy.
Recently, Edward raised over $25k for cancer research with Blood Cancer United Visionaries of the Year through The Remission Film Festival—the only film festival of it's kind; focusing on creators who have been impacted by cancer—which he founded in 2026.
Additionally, Edward is the author of “Cancer, Musical Theater, & Other Chronic Illnesses” and the Executive Producer of “Back To Normal: A Cancer Survivor Documentary” which explores how surviving cancer isn't what survivors thought it would be.
